With the development and implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS) to help the organisation operate with increased effectiveness and customer satisfaction, we are able to utilise the process approach and quality management principles contained in the international standards ISO9000:2000, ISO9001:2000 and ISO9004:2000 to enahnce the organisation’s ability to continually improve.
We gained aaccreditation to AS/NZS ISO9001:2000 in July 2001 and currently hold the accreditation to date.
We have gained NATA Standard 4633:2004 accreditiation for medical testing.
